Bio - Mary Jane Mahan

Mary Jane Mahan is an actor, inspirational speaker, and Amazon #1 best selling author of Love at the Pub: An Insider’s Guide to Craftsmanship, Conversation, and Community at the Brick Store Pub.  She proudly serves MaryJaneBrain Productions as the Chief Emotional Architect.   

Mary Jane’s role in life is sparking imagination so others may wake up and connect to their inherent creative freedom and power. She thanks the day someone put a copy of Marianne Williamson’s A Return to Love in her hand so she could begin freeing herself from mental and emotional chains and start living her purpose as a passionate artist. Her verbal, written, and bodily expression sings with high energy and flows from a source of goodness and wisdom.  

Whether crafting a character, storyline, or a speech, Mary Jane works through intuitive feeling and open heart connection. Her areas of expertise include forgiveness, self-healing, creative freedom, and empowerment. A native Philadelphia Irishwoman, Mary Jane took root in the South while earning a masters degree in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia (1996). Soft pretzels and cheese steaks gave way to nutritionally dense vegetarian fare accented by a life of spirituality, singing in the shower, and cozying with her three lazy house cats. A life-long athlete, Mary Jane is currently mastering makeup application and femininity and living in Decatur, Georgia.
